Calls on these two days for the following reasons ONLY
You have a form PIP ESA DLA UC etc.
You need to do a Mandatory Reconsideration or Appeal.
Only necessary advice/info will be given on these days.
During these calls arrangements will be made to get paperwork from you to us.
WEDNESDAY
For Information Advice or discuss an already ongoing case.
Please bear with us…. Things may need to be changed I will update as/when necessary.
I ask that you all be patient respectful understanding and polite towards All my team.
They All have Families, majority have health conditions and or vulnerable/elderly family members.
They All have the same worries and concerns as You.
All Living, Dealing with the same Shit as you.
All Dedication, Determined, Passionate, Selfless……
