This is our mission – In January 2014 the plan was to help the local community with bedroom tax with a few hours 1 day a week. By April/May we had people desperate for help with ALL benefits and what was once only one day a week, soon turned into four days a week.
We are now a registered Community Interest Company and so much has happened since 2014; we have had nothing and struggled financially but we have fought many battles and successfully won over 90% of our cases and appeals for our clients.
We offer advice on most benefits and support to people of all ages and needs – and of course help them to fight, appeal and challenge any decisions made in regards to benefits… We will advise you to the best of our abilities and we have a network of contacts who we can direct you to who can provide you with information regarding issues we are unable to deal with.
