In January 2014 the plan was to help the local community with bedroom tax with a few hours 1 day a week. By April/May we had people desperate for help with ALL benefits and what was once only one day a week, turned into four days a week.
We are now a registered Community Interest Company and so much has happened since 2014; we have had nothing and struggled financially but we have fought many battles and won over 90% of our cases and appeals for our happy clients.
