F.A.C.E. Benefits Advice CIC is a non-funded, voluntary organizsation and in order for us to provide the help, advice and support that we give, we ask ALL of our clients to help up us by agreeing to the following.

- You will be required to sign (in person or electronically) a Contribution Agreement to enable F.A.C.E. Benefits Advice CIC to start any work on your behalf
- The Award Fee is the contribution from any award received in benefits through the work and assistance received from F.A.C.E. Benefits Advice CIC
- Clients are asked to contact F.A.C.E. Benefits Advice CIC regarding payments within 7 days of receiving confirmation of award (Back-Pay) from DWP.
- If no contact is made regarding payment with 7 days of receiving confirmation from DWP, F.A.C.E. Benefits Advice CIC will make 3 attempts to contact you by either phone call, text, email, letter or Facebook.
- If we have not had any response or contact within 14 days, we will have no choice but to take legal action at this stage.
- F.A.C.E. Benefits Advice CIC will only hold your personal paperwork for a maximum of 30 (Thirty) days from the date you accept the offer of your Award before destroying it.
