CORONAVIRUS will mean that FACE is going to get much busier and also means dealing with every case is going to take longer so Please Bear with US.
The amount of people claiming UC has increased from 2 to 3 million almost overnight. Just this will massively increase our workload.
Many past, existing and future FACE clients will be experiencing difficulties paying rent, will fall into arrears which will no doubt lead to a huge increase in the need for the services FACE provides.
There are many more impacts of the CORONAVIRUS that mean it will take a lot longer to sort our clients problems….
WE will be as frustrated as you over the time it takes to put things RIGHT.
It goes without saying my priority will always be the Health/Safety of my Team and their families. The majority of staff will be working from home and organising this will also take time.
Over this next week we will be putting plans into place to get everything organised, this includes finding ways of getting forms/paperwork from clients to us.
